“I’d rather dream up stories about flying crocodiles than take myself seriously.” After her career path led her down the road to girly drawings, Christine Roussey diversified her projects. Author Susie Morgenstern gave her the opportunity to collaborate on the book Ma boîte à histoire. “It was my first work, my very own fairytale”. From then on, it has been one project after the next. Christine met the art director of the Alain Ducasse Group in 2007. In 2008, she illustrated the Alain Ducasse cooking school’s promotional material, followed by the book Alain Ducasse nature in 2009. While she still prefers the pencil to the mouse, she doesn’t shy away from the Web. Her blog featuring Hector the rabbit has developed a strong following of readers young and old.
